Outstanding Michael Sloan was one of the most professional contractors we have ever done business with. He was meticulus in his approach to finding a leak in a sealed off area while minimizing the damage to the finished drywall.
Service call on hot water heater I called the ASI plumbers to look at a leaking hot water heater. While on their assessment visit, they told me they could install a new one that day. In fact, they came back within an hour with then new one and were done in less than 2 hours. That's fast turn around.
Garbage disposal repair - Great Job. I have a home warranty on my internal appliances and on Sunday evening I filled out a claim on-line regarding my garbage disposal, at 8:07am Monday morning ASI called me for a same day appointment. I have high expectations regarding service levels and Mike at ASI was top notch. From explaination of the issue and resolving the problem. Mike Sloan Mike arrived on time this morning. He was very professional and explained to me the difference in having kitchen sinks repaired poorly and having the sink repaired forever. Mike also gave me up front estimates for my repair. As a woman I was very comfortable in letting Mike in my home. Mike went and bought the part for my repair and installed it in a timely manner. Mike S. replaced my garbage disposal Mike S. was very professional as he replaced my garbage disposal. He worked with my home warranty to insure the repair was covered, which I greatly appreciated. I received a call the day before to schedule a time for them to come over. Mike showed up within the time window I was given. The professionalism he exhibited was great. He was not only knowledgeable, but willing to answer any questions I had about the work he was doing.
Friendly, professional and helpful Mike was the plumber that came out today. Although he was unable to totally clear the blockage and I'll have to call MSD, he was knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. I will use ASI again and ask for Mike.
