Great prompt courteous service. Emergency service request this am for ceiling water leak in basement. Home warranty company scheduled another company by automated call. I contacted ASI whom I had used previously and they were able to schedule promptly within 2 hours. Mike S was a pleasure to have in my home, he was knowledgable, courteous, able to diagnosis problem promptly and was very cautious with creating the least amount of mess while doing an excellent job of repair. Very professional Have used ASI for the past 6 years -- ever since we moved into this home. Here's why we keep using them and would recommend them to a friend: Mike S. called 15 minutes before the appointment to let me know he was on his way. He was very cordial and respectful. He spent time talking with me and asking questions to get an idea of the scope of the issue and spent time diagnosing the problem. We talked about our options and, before he left, we had a plan in place.

Great service! I was very pleased with the service. Mike S came to my home, detected the problem, and even though he had to pickup the needed part, managed to be complete within 2 hours of his initial inspection...speedy!
