I have many things to say. Service can be hit or miss. I mostly use Aspen for cleanings. Schedule is usually 3 months out and I always end up waiting past my appointment time. I will say the hygienists have all done a great job. Today was the first time I had an emergency. I broke a molar at the gum line. While they say they see emergencies, it's more like kinda. You will have to walk in and waitat either 8 am or 2 pm. No guarantee you will be seen. Plus, it will only be a consult. You will have to schedule an appointment for any work. Not to mention a clerical error made when I called in the morning. I was very lucky a kind woman over heard my situation and gave me her appointment time for today. Otherwise, I would not be seen till Monday morning, 4 days later. (keep in mind I am an existing client) FYI, Surgical extraction scheduled a month out. On the bright side, Dr Ramos is superb! He was kind, caring, through and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and made me much more comfortable about my situation.

I am so pleased with Aspen Dental team!!! I got teeth extracted yesterday with no pain. Dr. Romos and his assistant. I forgot her name (I'm sorry). They worked so well together. They both made sure that I was numb enough before he started pulling. I walked out with no pain and still 24 hours later, no pain. Thank you so much Dr. Romos and assistant!!!

Everyone is very friendly. I have had 3 teeth pulled and didn't need to take a single pain pill, Dr. Ramos was wonderful. Also had several cavities taken care of and I am very happy with the results. Best dentist I've been to in years.

From start to finish, this was the most comfortable, most affordable, friendliest dental appointment I have ever experienced! I haven't had the work done yet but the preliminary x-rays, examination and explanation of what needs to be taken care of was very professional.
