My "top denture" made somewhere else, that has never fit right & rocked side to side, cracked half way down the middle just 4 days before Christmas and ~3 weeks before our daughters wedding. With my dentist not having an in-house lab and being closed the week of Christmas, I had to find an alternative. I’m glad I returned. My first experience with this office was a couple months ago and it was absolutely horrible because of the front desk and her attitude, like someone else stated you can see and hear everything they do. I actually ended up walking out before my appointment after confronting her with the issues I had. I obviously went there for a reason and needed work done. I decided to try it again. I contacted Aspen due to pain in my tooth and they were able to fit me in quickly, locate the issue and fix it in the same visit. The staff was all helpful, cheerful and skilled. Office was clean. Their website clearly laid out what insurances they accepted and other useful information. I was overall very impressed with their service.

Super friendly staff. I appreciate how for new patients they do all the X-rays and recommendations for free. Then the manager basically tells you the cost for it all to get fixed. At first I couldn’t afford it all so she gave me a priority list to get done. They also take Care Credit which is awesome. I’m losing my insurance soon and they have been awesome getting me in soon to get procedures done before it runs out. Dr Joesph is very pleasant. They staff and experience definitely reliefs a lot of my anxiety.
