The dentist is often an anxiety fueled nightmare for me, that was not the case with the phenomenal staff at the midland aspen dental. From start to finish they were amazing!! Sasha instantly put me at ease talking to me about her kids and listening to me about mine. Danielle was a Rockstar help with my financing needs, even made sure I was able to handle payments before proceeding. The girls in the office right from the time you walk into the door to you leave are awesome. The dentist himself. He needs to spend more time with his patient then running in and running out and talking to them and explaining to them what's going to happen and if they have any issues or concerns. I felt like I was just a number waiting to be processed. Otherwise I had a very nice visit.
I have had an amazing experience from start to finish! The staff is phenomenal, and the dentist himself very welcoming and willing to help any way he can. I walk in staff knows me by name! Nice to feel comfortable and welcome especially at a dental clinic!! Great job staff 🙂
Xrays were very thorough. Everyone was friendly and make new patients feel welcome. So far I had a good experience.
I gave my insurance information. I paid what midland office said was my copay. I called my insurance and knew I over paid. My next appt was told I'd get a refund. My insurance paid my claim but it's been almost six months since and I still haven't been refunded my $1500 over charge. Midland staff told me they said I'd get refund but not when. Looked at BBB and there is tons of complaints of refunds not being given. I will never go here again and am going to take this to court. Don't trust there financial staff. ... read more
