Very pleasant experience. Just found my new dentist!
I got what I was looking for. However I Had an appointment and stil waited for 30 minutes. It can be cleaner and more up to date and more privacy. (The chairs in the lobby are outdated and filthy). I most likely won't go back. It wasn't the worst but far from the best,
My experience was good; everything was explained in terms I could understand.
Identified area of gum needing treatment and provided me with my cost after insurance very efficiently. Provided necessary treatment with full explanation of procedure. Dental hygienist was very helpful and professional but also friendly. Doctor who reviewed X-rays provided explanation of need for treatment of cavity and overall condition of teeth and gums
Very nice and knowledgeable staff. They made the whole "Dental experience" as pleasant as possible for me! Would recommend Mayfield Hts location to a friend!
