I went to Aspen Dental in Mayfield Hts today to get a root canal done. I heard tons of horror stories when it comes to those so I was already on edge. However, from the moment I walked through the door I was greeted with a smile and made to feel extremely comforted. Very professional dental office, I must say how Tammy has performed my procedure each time with no complications, or no need to return visits to the office to correct (which occurred on 2 occasions) She is truly an asset to your organization. Still :-)
I like the guarantees and quality of the dentures. My permanent bottom denture didn't look right cosmetically, it made my lip/chin look old and caved in. Even though I got a it 6 months ago, they are making me a whole new one. That's great customer service!
Every person at this office was so nice and professional! They made me feel so comfortable. To start with I arrived one week early for my appointment! Kelly, the receptionist at the front desk, was very kind and went to see if they could squeeze me in. They did! Renee, the dental assistant, took me from there. She made me laugh and kept me well informed. She rocks! Dr. Berne was WONDERFUL! Katie gave me a detailed review of what my insurance would cover - she was very helpful! My rating is an A+++!
very clean and friendly atmosphere staff was very attentive to my needs. Appointment time to be seen was excellent.
Dr. K is the best dentist I have ever had. He is an excellent physician. We are so lucky to have him.
The office staff is very friendly. The professional staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I was made to feel quite comfortable.
