Awful company. Their dentist fucked up my crown, they refuse to fix it, they screwed up the billing too and expect me to pay the difference. Go fuck yourself.
This place is awful! My first appointment was for a cleaning and check up. The staff was extremely rude and I waited over 45 minutes past my appointment time only to find out there was no hygienist and I would have to come back for my cleaning and to fill 3 cavities I had. Fast forward to yesterday, had a cleaning which was fine. Fillings are a joke. After sitting here waiting for 2 HOURS after our appointment time we were told that we needed to stop telling the people that when the girls at the front desk says 45 mins to prepare for 2 hours. They drastically over book and then give you an attitude when your frustrated that you have been sitting there for two hours with no updates or concern. The tv is tiny and has a horrible signal, chairs are hard, bathroom is dirty, no WiFi, and not even a water dispenser for a drink while you sit for half a day. NEVER AGAIN!
I've been a patient. for awhile there.. Dr k is an awesome dr..and the the dental assistants tammy and amy are wonderful i defiently would give them 5 stars... and rest of staff is friendly.. my only complaint and I have experience this more then once is the extremely long waits with me having an appt..There has been more then one time that I have been there for hr or so before being seen.. due to what I would assume patients are being double booked and this is not fair to the patients or the staff.. other then that I love a... read more
