Pretty pleased with my experience there so far my one and only complaint I have said somthing several times to them I don't want to see the female dr there and I always seem to have here come in ive have bad experiences with her and quit frankly I don't think she really knows or cars about what she does
Chris is an outstanding dental hygienist.
The hygienist was great but I was disappointed in the wait time, before and after my appointment. Overall I was there for over an hour.
Everyone was very professional and very polite. I felt very comfortable with Christopher and he was concerned about how I was feeling. He did a great job. The girl who took care of me at the desk I think her name was heather was awesome . Thank you
I had a good experience at Aspen dental in New Hartford the staff was kind and respectful of my needs the office manager was also very respectful and and very helpful to my needs and I'm looking forward to going back
Very professional and all the staff made me feel very comfortable even though I was in a very stressful situation. My problem was resolved in a very expedient manner.
Great and friendly staff
I had cleaning and X-ray. I was early and I was able to get started earlier than scheduled. Everyone was pleasant and answered all the questions that I had.
The guy who cleans my teeth is knowledgeable and thorough. Great work!
