I called today in desperate need of getting a cracked tooth removed.. not only did they get me in.. but they made sure to take the extra time to check my whole mouth out.. give me a full explanation of what to do next..and they removed the tooth. The staff and dentist herself was really nice and friendly.. couldn't of asked for a better outcome.

Took our 80 yr old mother in for consultation for an extraction and dentures to follow. Between the gal that worked with us to the doctor our mom and myself were very happy with her care and how everything was explained. Thank you so much scale of 1-10 I would give a 10.

I had a great experience with Aspen Dental in Lima, Ohio. Dr. Ellis was a great caring soul, she made me laugh and made my nervous of a tooth extraction disappear! I will definitely get all my dental work done here! All of the staff were caring, professional. I would recommend.

Late Friday afternoon was able to schedule for the next day (Saturday) appointment for 8am. as a new patient I got my x-rays and exam for free and 20% off my treatment plan. they were fast and easy. if you don't have the money for a procedure then you can try to qualify for financing with their 3rd party which is nice and different.

Aspen has been so helpful and extremely kind and caring. I am 22 and had an extreme fear of dentists. Notice I said HAD. These people really care and want you to have the best experience right down to the financial part. I went to Aspen Dental in Lima OH office for my New Patient exam. When the called me and confirmed my appointment i really wanted a cleaning but they let me know up front that i might not be able go get one and I understood. Once i got there for my appointment i had a really great experience with checking in with Gabe the PSR to getting xrays done with Lashana to talking with Dr Ellis and they Hygienist Shianna they explain to me what i needed done to get back to my happy smile again.
