I do recommend the location BUT make sure you are fully aware of what you will experience! The staff is friendly and kind however the process for a new patient is very much overboard when you are experiencing a dental emergency. They want to process you as a new patient regardless of your pain and complaint level. They process you thru the dental hygienist experience trying to sell you an expensive “deep” cleaning then you see a dentist who wants to reschedule your appointment because they’ve wasted 2 hours on X-rays and now... read more

Both my son and I went in for first patient visit two weeks ago. Had cleaning appointments booked literally within the next week!! We both needed deep cleaning that is no fun. The Dentist Dr. Park was Was very aware that I have dental Anxiety due to my very sensitive teeth and gum issues. He insured everyone take caution of my issue. The staff and Dr was very nice, my visit was very pleasant. However the cost out of pocket was over $4k and I was told I had to have a particular procedure first done before I could get what I actually wanted to get done. However, another practice said otherwise. Now I'm debating on what to do.

I have no clue where the star rating is for this. Everyone there was great. The staff up front could act like they wanted to be there a little more. Lindsay was awesome! The doctor I saw was great also. My only issue was when I called to make the appointment I was told I would get a payment plan for any dental work that would need to be done and I would be able to pay monthly.
