Let me start by saying everyone is seemingly nice and the practice is clean. Did not have to wait long and the overall process went smoothly. I’ve had mostly regular 6month appointments for my whole life. Braces, a handful of cavities, a chipped tooth requiring a crown, a few other minor issues over my 37 years of life. My appointment was in October 2020. After a regular check, X-rays and before any cleaning, I was told that my teeth were beyond anything that a regular cleaning could help at this point. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE !!!! Dr. Chisom is ignorant and arrogant. I have nerve damage to my tongue. I can't taste, feel and drool. My tongue burns when I brush or use mouth wash. He said my age is causing the delay in healing.BS !!! He may have cracked my tooth beside it as well.Via other dentist explained. Not to mention I think he pulled the wrong tooth and asked me did he. actually have a dentist that isn't too busy to work. or when you say there are two dentists working you actually have two dentists. I do not belive this office practices in good faith

It has taken me over 4 mos where I could find the strength to do this review. This was a horrid experience! I did not have insurance but because of a donor, I had over $5000 cash to get my mouth taken care of. Except for the first two people I encountered, the doctors and techs were rude and their behavior was reprehensible. The doctor that came in to pull my teeth, while in my mouth, was saying things like "so you never went to a dentist". Wrong! They looked at me as if I was worthless. I went to Aspen because they offered a free checkup with complete xtrays. I needed a dental clearance for an upcoming operation. In order to sign the clearance, I was informed that if any treatment was necessary I would need to have that done before they would sign the clearance. After the exam, the dentist informed me that I needed a deep scaling on all four quadrants of teeth for about $1400.00. I initially went to the office for cleaning and maintenance. I was advised that the were a few filings that were needed. I went and go the first filing and I have been in pain ever since, that was 3 weeks ago. I called and scheduled an appointment to address the pain and discomfort I was experiencing at the site of the first filing. My Grandson had a tooth that was giving him a lot of problems that needed to come out.They did a x-ray and said it would be complicated because the way the roots had grown in the gum.He didn't have a job so I signed and made a commitment for $1,229.00 for the extraction which is a terrible price.to begin with.they set me up with the dental first an approval amount of $1,300.00.$73.00 a month for 18 months with no interest.I got my bill yesterday and it was for $1,448.00 for one tooth.Should have got an implant for that.They ... read more
