Aspen dental is an awesome place to go, I went there very nervous and everyone was so nice and understanding. They answered all of my questions, and they help me to relax! Then DR . Norris came in very pleasant and kind, she told me step by step what she was doing, and told me if I feel any pain to raise my left hand, I hand my hand in position just in case and before I knew it Dr . They are always fast and friendly. My only issue is of course the cost. I have a treatment plan that it would take me hitting the lottery to be able to pay. I am a Retired Army Veteran so 1 of the cleanings that cost a lot I was asking to be able to do on 24 June 2017, that is the day that Veterans receive free Dental. I was told they would call me same day or next morning. Still waiting. They are still above and beyond the other Dental Offices I have been too.

I do have to say the ENTIRE staff is so friendly, making my visit soothing. I dislike going to the dentist as most people do. The staffs laughter and smiles made me fell comfortable and knowing they are happy working, made it feel as though i made the right choice! Dr. Norris is extremely gentle and took her time with me, her knowledge and her way of explaining things made me comfortable. Highly recommend Aspen Snellville!

Everyone is so nice from the front to the back. They are on time when you have an appointment. They explain everything they are doing.
It was my first time going to aspen even tho my health insurance had me thinkin i was a ppo but i was an HMO but they went on took me in and they exam my teeth they did a good job i would like to go back to them.
