Allot of waiting a really lot of waiting I fell asleep in the exam chair waiting for the Dr and hygienes to come in the X-ray was extremely painful and cut the bottom of my mouth...the final bill and estimates were through the roof. I got a second opinion for a way lower price. I think before they start trying to recoup the building investment they should build clientele with affordable pricing.
The lady that sits with you and goes over your 'treatment plan' at the end was absolutely awful. I will never return. Maybe because its a chain style dentist, they have to 'up-sell' everything??? Either way, everyone was very nice except the lady at the end. I told her I didn't want to make another appointment yet and needed to think everything over since I supposedly have all these crazy dental issues now. Not A Good Experience. The People That Worked Their Was Nice But I had A Bad Experience With My Dentures. I Had A Tooth To Fall Out Two Weeks A Go And I'am Still Waiting.

I HAD TO SCHEDULE 2 APPOINTMENTS ONE FOR XRAY AND ANOTHER FOR CLEANING. THE XRAYS TOOK 15 MINUTES BUT I WAITED OVER 50 MINS WITHOUT ANYONE CHECKING ON ME. THEN THE DENTIST WAS VERY ACCUSATORY OF ME HAVING AN ATTITUDE EVEN AFTER HAVING TO WAIT SO LONG WITHOUT BEING OFFERED ANY WATER OR JUST CHECKED ON. SHE DIDNT DISCUSS ANY OF THE XRAYS OR ANY OTHER RECOMMENDATIONS. VERY INCONSIDERATE OF TIME, AND WAS OUT OF LINE. The staffing and office may be good but that dental credit card they have is awful. You can't charge somebody for services they haven't had done yet and the excuse they gave my husband was it's a credit(it says purchases on the statement though) not a charge. We got a bill for over $1,000+ and I hit the roof!!! At what point does our dental insurance even come into play here!! This location just opened and my husband decided to try it out. They recommended he have his wisdom teeth pulled. We got the appointment set, made the driving arrangements for the day of the surgery. The first red flag should have been when they sent him a confirmation email with the wrong time on it. He called and got that set straight. He then called back on 3 other occasions trying to get the prescriptions he would need ahead of time.
