I moved a year ago, started Medicare, and I was looking for a new dentist. I visited Aspen Dental in April, 2024. One individual took x-rays, and that same individual and another person were involved with an exam of my teeth and examining my gums. The person doing the exam (not the dentist on site) advised that I had periodontal disease (PD), and I was urged to begin treatments asap. My first time visiting and it was a great experience. Took a little longer than usual, but not a problem. They were all so great and didn't make me feel bad about not seeing a dentist in a few years. They did awesome working with my budget and schedule! Highly recommend.
Very unprofessional and rude. Had to reschedule my appointment because I was 10 minutes early and not 15 like they asked. Had all my “paperwork” done before the scheduled appointment but the actual appointment time seems to not matter. They were more than happy to take my $70 for my last visit before informing me I won’t be seen today. Not to mention the waiting room is a ghost town. Had the absolute worst experience at aspen dental in willmar. Over the phone I asked if we could do payment plans since our insurance wasn't covered and they said over the phone that we could. Once we actually got to aspen they automatically ask for the payment upfront and don't do payment plans. First time we went they said we had to wait 30 minutes because they are running behind schedule. Next group of people walk in, they have insurance and they are seen right away. I needed to make my six month check up appointment and I was surprised by how quickly I could get in. I was able to get in the next week. Staff are knowledgeable. High tech equipment. Great experience all around-highly recommend!!
