I can't possibly imagine what these other reviews are about. My experience with Wellsville family dentist was that of only professionals who took their time to explain everything exactly to the letter of what they would be doing for me. I would have to think that possibly some of these reviews were written by people from a rival dentist I am huge on service and quality of experience. While I was in town visiting a friend of mine my tooth broke and I found this office and they took me right in with no hassle. I was greeted by a lovely front desk staff and not too much longer I was taken back to a room and met Dr. Marina. Dr. Marina was very polite, kind, and knowledgeable. He helped me out so much and was able to fix my broken tooth same day! I could not be more grateful for what this office has done for me in a last minute situation. The staff here is wonderful! As soon as I walked in through the door, I was greeted with kind smiles. Both hygienist and doctor listened to my concerns and thoroughly explained to me the best option for my case. Not only did they make the experience easy and painless, but they were able to work with my limited budget. I absolutely recommend them!

This is the worst dentist I have ever experienced in my entire life. They over charged me 1300, refused to send my dental insurance the things they needed to PROVE I was over charged, and the fillings have since fallen out. They are still refusing to refund anything from the over charges to the faulty dental work ... lawsuit is being filed..

The location is Lawrence Kansas is worst from the actual dental services down to the poor customer service. I had an appointment scheduled 6 months in advance which was cancelled without notification. They say there's a policy, although after asking for it writing from the location itself and corporate, they would not provide me that appointments needs a verbal confirmation. I really wish I had read the reviews before going here. That was my first mistake. I recently broke a molar and as a teacher it's really hard to find a place that fits my schedule. I think that desperation led me to Aspen dental. My main gripe of this place is that I had a crown done there and the temporary crown fell off within three hours of placement so I was walking around with a nub for like a week and when I went back in to get the permanent crown placed, I had just come from work and I had just eaten and the dentist r... read more

Do your research! Especially on social media. Was billed for services not rendered. The bill I receive is always different than the previous one.

I was told the dentist who did my crowns in 2021 was "fired due to his work" at my last appointment. I was offered a refund after much back and forth, because the crowns I was left with were done incorrectly and failing. I have now been ghosted by Aspen, nobody will answer the phone or respond to emails. I don't wish this type of care on anyone, I'm out thousands of dollars and left with more dental issues than I had before my first appointment with them. Do better!

Worst of the worst ! Over a year & my daughter is still having issues. Pain & infections. Has had to spend so much money seeing other providers. My heart hurts for all she has gone thru as a 23 yr old. Aspen pretty much admitted their faults with procedures & did reimburse her part of what she had to pay, but the fact that she now continues to suffer with issues that could have been prevented is unacceptable. Please don't go there just because it may seem cheaper or more convenient! BAD CHOICE !!!!
