Dr.Silva and Jade were absolutely amazing, so kind and helpful. Unfortunately the front desk women were not kind or easy to work with . I had to call multiple times and then with an Advocate to actually get the help I needed. I had a dry socket and was extreme pain. I really hope they are retrained because the rest of the practice is wonderful!
Dr Carson and Dr Ahmed work hand and hand, and have a great team relationship with their hygienist Megan and their DA's Chantel, Bella, & Rafael. Their lab technicians Mark and Lindsey pay attention to detail always willing to step in to provide extra attention for denture cases when needed. Great dental office with great staff. Everyone is so kind and patient with you. They take their time to explain why something happened, the treatment to fix it, and the office manager worked so hard to work something out for me financially. I've been to the office before to support a friend, but the new management and staff have really turned the office around.
