Natalye and staff were perfect! She was such a GEM! Made me feel comfortable and everything was very pleasant! I would recommend Aspen Dental Dunwoody over any other dentist office!
This was my first visit and Lashae was phenomenal. I am awlays weary about the dentist and she made me.so comfortable. Kessie was patient and detailed. It was a very good visit.
Overall experience was 10/10. Very straight forward with treatment explanation and expectations. Dr. Mutune and assistant Jahmeria shared much insight on how my root canal procedure will go. Will be returning for future work.
I would avoid this Aspen, went to have my post clean and had pain in my gums around one post. They took X-rays and went to a room to get what I thought was just cleaning. No big deal for a company that does snap in dentures, but It was a joke from that point forward. Several people looked at my post, and most said they did not have a lot of experience with posts. One of the worst customer service experiences ever I was placed on hold for over 20 mins and they hung up very rude

Their billing department is terrible, the over charge and then blame your insurance for not covering anything, when they put the billing code wrong, and they refuse to change it

I read the bad reviews but needed a dentist asap so I made an appt. Went in with tooth pain and left with tooth pain. Many x-rays, visit by a hygienist, and Dr finally saying I should go see my last dentist to fix the issue. What a waste of time and money.

Please avoid Aspen Dental at all costs, especially the Dunwoody location. In June 2024, I had a wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Michael Hall, DMD, and was left with permanent nerve damage to my tongue. Despite reporting the numbness shortly after surgery, I was repeatedly brushed off and told to "wait it out." Months later, after multiple visits and unhelpful advice, Dr. Hall finally referred me to a specialist--one who doesn't take insurance and charges tens of thousands of dollars out of pocket for treatment.
