I had a great experience during my first consultation. The front desk was welcoming and everyone else after that to the last person who helped me understand the payment breakdown for future procedures. The lady who did my xrays had an amazing personality and attitude. She was a joy and made my experience even better. My 2nd appointment went very smooth. My hygienist was gentle and teeth looked great at the end. Overall, I loved my experience at this location and will definitely come back for future services.
ROMAN the Office Manager is AMAZING!! He EXPLAINED my dental treatment plan in great detail with financing, and is extremely considerate and helpful. Very knowledgeable in finance options. DR. PARK IS THE BEST EVER, he is very kind and caring. Because of Roman, and the ENTIRE STAFF my family will now be seeing Aspen Dental for all their dental needs!
Awesome experience as this was my first visit. The facility is new, clean, and has the state of the art technology. I was impressed with how detailed and friendly the staff were. Special shout out to the dental assistant, I believe her name was Latoya. She was amazing!! I may be switching Dentists now as Aspen Dental won me over!
The office so called “manager” is very rude. His customer service skills are lacking the aspects of courtesy and respect. I was angry because they have wasted my time with their unprofessionalism; as I had to call few times to give them my info and still they do not have it down correctly. Nevertheless as I started looking at their bad reviews after this incident I was alarmed not to set a foot there. I’m shocked based on my scheduled appointment request for a 6 month cleaning that resulted in 2.5 hr appointment, when I received a quote for a $1900 out of pocket Deep Clean (with insurance- BTW this is overpriced as compared to other Dentist) and a total quote for scope of work at over $9,000….and did I mention that nothing was accomplished in terms of a 6 month cleaning after 2.5 hours of my time sitting in the Aspen Dental office?
