Horrible practice, infighting Dr., techs and office staff. TOTALLY inferior product. They actually have no idea how to make a set of dentures - rely on 3D... they have no CLUE what to do without it... They do not listen to understand your issue, they are too busy thinking of a reason you are wrong, once you get your dentures, the Dr. only communicates through a tech, not even the courtesy to come talk in person. Zero stars if I could. Horrible experience. Zero help. Had an emergency and the place was empty and said they couldn't see me to help but only an exam and happy to charge for that. Also tried to call ahead and couldn't get through. Don't waste your time.

I would NEVER recommend this establishment due to the dental surgeon Dr. Chisholm! My 72 year old mother had her teeth pulled, the prescription was sent to Walgreens and it needed to be sent to Kaiser. The error was minimal but they REFUSED to resend it to the correct pharmacy. My mother is currently in excruciating pain and has no means for resolve unless she pays out of pocket for a prescription at Walgreens that she could get from Kaiser for free. Absolutely disgusted!

I would give a minus if I could. I was in pain a Friday night with toothache. I called and they booked my for Saturday at noon. I thought great I can get rid of the pain. Then Saturday a couple hours before my appointment they texted and said they cannot take me. I called and they said they were triple booked. The advertise they are available for Saturday appointment. How can you book an appointment and then cancel because you are overbooked. Don't trust this dentist!!!! They will not honor their appointments. Sad that you c... read more
