Literally one of the worst dentist practices I've ever been to. There are about 2 people who know how to do their job there; a hygienist who's great and a very less than friendly receptionist (who I will refrain from naming. While I completely respect and understand they are short staffed somedays it is a medical practice and the quality of the work shouldn't be short staffed. i wouldn't have any type of dental work done at all. I left in more pain then I arrived in.the person that initially seen me lied. I wouldn't even bring my dog here!!!!

**PLEASE SHARE** Aspen Dental is the biggest scam. NEVER go to them for dental work. Not only do you have to witness “cat fights” amongst the employees, they file paperwork on UNSEEN patients and send the Dentist home while that patient is SITTING IN THE WAITING ROOM FOR OVER AN HOUR. Those incompetent employees also “forget” to charge for appointments and then claim you owe over $3,000 to be paid before they will finish the work they have quoted you on, that was already paid in full upfront. I would not recommend this dental practice. Their business practice is to provide procedures you don't need and book multiple appointments for a single cleaning in order to increase their profit from insurance. They have long wait times and no sense of urgency. I would only go here if you have a lot time on your hands and you have an extensive insurance plan that covers all procedures and charges.

This place is a scheme. I went here because my regular dentist only opened during business hours and I didn't want to take time off from work. First the did xrays and took me to the room where the dentist (Dr Steve Leonidas who had terrible teeth BTW) spent exactly 2 minutes in my mouth and then told me the visit was over because there's nothing that needed to be done. He said I had to have a filling removed to be redone so I needed to say a different appointment for that. I said "I'm confused, what about the cleaning" and I... read more

I based my decision to take both my son and my x-husband to Aspen Dental based on the TV Commercials stating that they would do anything or whatever it takes to get someone out of pain. It took me over 10 years to get either of them to see a dentist regarding the severe pain that they both have been endured. I got my first dentures at Aspen in Albany. The dentist left my two bottom eye teeth in to hold the bottom dentures in. They broke off within 6 months. Now I am going to another Aspen Dental. They were somewhat slow, I didn't mind. Now, for an outrageous price, I will have new dentures.

Forgive me for the rant...I do not normally bad mouth anyone or any business. We all have bad days but I can’t stress this enough-NEVER go to Aspen Dental. Never!! I went to the Queensbury office. I asked around (after my horrible experience) and their fees are extremely over priced. Most of the staff are rude and not gentle or considerate at all when doing xrays.
