The office double booked the hygienist (who is excellent) but the receptionist didn't tell me until 35 minutes after I arrived for my scheduled appointment. This is after they called, emailed, and texted me to confirm the appointment. Pretty ironic that they were "unable to contact me" prior to my appointment to inform me it needed to be rescheduled as it was clear they had my contact info. Lost time at work, time in the car, and about 60miles round trip. Not a happy camper. Looking for a new dentist.
FOLKS save your money and your time Once they get all the money they can, they don't care about you. You'll start to notice this after waiting 30 min at least, each time.
Had me waiting for a consultation for almost an hour with only 2 other people waiting. Then told me my teeth were perfect but I needed a "deep cleaning " and tried to charge me $2,000! On top of that one the receptionist was really rude!!
Dr Estefan is the worst dentist!!!! She doesn't know good customer service, instead of fixing the problem she will tell you to just do the money back guarantee thing, and the worst she will feel you that you should have asked a different dentist instead of her...it's like saying she's not credible enough! What a shame...I will definitely not recommend her
Bullshit after bullshit and my filling fell out sooner than I could open my mouth after the dr hit bone when he was giving me novicaine. (I had to restrain from punching him it was so roughly done) Huge waste of 2 months getting in for all the appointments. Thank god I only paid for one filling and didn't let them do all the fillings they wanted to.
