Had teeth done at Aspen and had no problem; I thought. I used a credit card plus my insurance to pay for the service. Was surprised to receive a bill for approx. $400 a year after services were rendered. I'm not surprised though, they get as much money as they can from your insurance but it's never enough. They did cleaning/scaling in quadrants in my mouth where I only hand 1-2 teeth and they still charged my insurance about $250 a quadrant.

This is my second experience with Aspen, had the first time been unacceptable I would not have gone back a second time.

Very disappointed when booking the appointment they said x rays and new patient 1st visit no charge and 125$ to extract a tooth FALSE ADVERTISING it was going to 230$ plus the 125$ DO NOT be lied to I refused to pay and left this is a very shady way of getting new patients if they had been honest I would have stayed but trickery doesn't earn my business it's the principal if you lie abut pricing what other things do you do improperly

Arrived 15 minutes ahead of time as requested. Filled out paperwork and waited a little while to be called. Looked many x-rays and then I saw the Dr (who was very checked all the x-Ray and my teeth) said everything is good. Sent me out to the receptionist to make an appointment for a cleaning. Got an appointment for the next month, when had my teeth cleaned and I am all done for 6 months. I didn't have a long time waiting and went very good.

They lie to you from the beginning. And they bill you without even solving the problem.

As a first time patient, I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early for my 9:30am appointment, which I did. I was called in for x-rays at 9:55am and sat in the dental chair at 10am. The dentist didn't come in until 10:20am. That's 50 minutes beyond my appointment time. No explanation nor apology was offered. The dentist spent 10 minutes with me. Then I was with check/out finance for the next 20 minutes while they completed my paperwork, which they apparently were unable to complete in the previous 1 hour and 5 minutes. Sigh. BTW... read more

They are an okay option if you like no nonsense business focused dentists. The staff is pleasant but not overly friendly. Prices are higher than other dentists in the area. In the past they lost my records 2 times. No apologies or explanation from them.

Took my 86 year old dad there, he was having problems. Free first visit.... hahahaha . The dr. was very short with my dad, who is hard of hearing. The dr. was rude and had no patience. After going through that, they said we had to go to the finance office. The amount of suggested work was $5,000! The employees were not happy because we didn't want to sign anything or fill out a form for some credit payment. We took him cause had a couple of loose teeth and the dr/office wanted us to sign for all this work that we did not wan... read more
