I have never been treated so shabbily as at Aspen Dental in Albany. After my exam, I was taken into an office, where I expected to get printouts of what needed to be done and then have an appointment t be made to start the repair work. I mentioned a few times I was in pain and wanted an appointment as soon as possible. I was told all would be emailed to me. No email has arrived in over a week. I went in for a broken tooth. Two weeks ago. The front desk staff were rude and unwelcoming. After having X-rays and a consultation with the hygienist and dentist, I was taken into another office to discuss cost and insurance. I provided my insurance information during the booking of my appt and again at the day of my appt and STILL they were not able to verify that I had dental insurance. The people were there are very nice we waited over an hour and a half to be seen because they were short-staffed we are so excited to get our teeth taken care of but now we have to have $14,000 to do it again and we only make ourselves and 1200 a month they're credit options that they give you will not work did you not like people on disability
Rude staff!! Money grubbers!!! Went in to have a cap put back on ... only 3 years old which was previously done here. They wanted to charge me for an xray (which I had xrays done 3 months earlier) and an office visit. When questioned the staff, they were rude, told me I had to pay and I needed an xray. After over a half hour of back and forth, I agreed to pay for the office visit only but then had to schedule another appointment to have the cap clued back on because my appointment was at 5:30 and it was now 6:15!
