They are kind and gentle. Have a huge amount of patients for those of us that have panic attacks at the dentist.
Nothing but problems from the start with this place. I went in for an emergency extraction, the call center set me up with only a new patient appointment for X-rays and a examine then they made me wait additional 6 hours before even brining me back for the extraction. I will not be going back to this place and there communication with the call center could improve massively.
Received an email from Aspen Dental last week to confirm my 2:00 appointment today. Arrived at the clinic at 1:50. Waited about ten minutes for the receptionist to end a call she was on. Then I told her I was checking in for a 2:00 appointment. She informed me I was “15 minutes into my appointment time” and she’d need to reschedule me. They did a cleaning on my lower teeth not my top. Then charged me 500 dollars for it . They want your money and give you poor service in return.
Outdated equipment, bad customer service, terrible staff. Just save yourself time and go somewhere else.
Very unprofessional , they kept canceling over 9 times, rude service and way over charge. I will also report this to BBB and dental Association. so no one else gets scammed.
