Made us wait over an hour to pay for work that wasn't even done then told us it would take an hour to have A tooth fixed in an upper denture at 9:00 a.m. Later at 2:45 p.m. went back and they still were not done, when they FINALLY finished they receptionist grabbed a baggie with teeth in it, dropped them on the counter infront of EVERYONE and said, "here you go." How embarrassing. I will not return or refer anyone to the Aspen Dental in Angola Indiana

have been going back and forth since March 15th and now April 16th and bottom denture still dose not fit like i was told it should or would i don't think this is acceptable for the money i have invested in them !

Docs and nurse was nice....but financial person at the end acted like she was mad and rude when I argued some things were unnecessary and i would not agree to have them done...I went and got a second opinion and I was right! What they wanted to do was not what really needed to be done. Instead of 3,000 out of pocket with them...I have 937. Out of pocket else where! I recommend u go somewhere else or at least get a second opinion!

In spite of the fact that they advertise "accept all insurance" they do not. care was ok.
So far, complete shit. This is my third visit. I was the first one here. First one signed on the list, 8 o’clock appointment. Place opened at 8. Literally 4 people called ahead of me.(that came in and signed on the list after me) It’s bad enough my anxiety is through the roof for the crap I have to get done... AND the fact that I’ve been awake since 8pm LAST NIGHT since I work third shift... I wouldn’t have rushed to get here early, to wait a half hour (it’s already been 30 mins) or longer AFTER my appointment time...
purchased a set of dentures last year. Already had 2 teeth fall out and I had to pay to replace. Will not get any dentures made there in the future. I will go To Angola Dental. Better quality and easier to deal with the staff.
Don't ever get your wisdom teeth removed here!!!!! My husband paid to have 4 removed their foreign Dr who does the surgeries only took 2 then lied saying he took them all. We set up an appointment to ask why he lied and he was the rudest "professional" ever. They are crooks.

I went to Aspen Dental yesterday and told them I wanted to have all my teeth removed and the made the temporary set of dentures that day and I go back next week to have my bite done and then 2 days later I get my teeth pulled and and the new set of dentures put in...I could not ask for the treatment I received...they couldn,t ask for any one better... and the doctor was great...I had a young fella explain what it will cost and I was pleased. and cannot wait till next week to get all this done I would recommend Aspen Dental t... read more
