was dismissed for absolutely no reason. i had an extraction 3 weeks ago call today to setup following planned extraction and was told Dr Terry has dismissed me and banned me from all aspen offices and I dotn understand why?!?! I've done nothing wrong this is pure discrimination and patient abandonment!! so no I don't recommend this place. I've never been treated so bad in my lifetime. im always polite and courteous I don't understand whay I've done but I will not shut up. My care plan was not followed through on and I almost lost a tooth because of it. I had to go to another dental place to get it fixed because my dentist at Aspen said he couldn’t do it! All my denture work except pulling of the teeth has been done by a Tech. I’ll be glad to get my permanent denture and be done with this place!

place is terrible we have been going to the one in angola it is a joke got a price for a dental plan which everytime we go back changes on top of the fact after paying for services tacked on a extra thousand then messed up the crown twice it is a total joke and they are ripping people off

Jan Slapnicka removed my bottom two wisdom teeth and he did a terrible job on my bottom right tooth. He took out his day on my bottom right jaw. I got a fever the next day and I am pretty sure I talked to him about it on the emergency hotline and he said that my 103 fever was not related to the procedure and that I should go to the emergency room. (I doubt that) He also told me that he doesn't recommend my upper wisdom teeth be removed but now I don't trust his judgment. put a lot of trust in this doctor and he let me down b... read more

They don't offer half of the services that they used to
My daughter had a root canal completed here two years ago. Unfortunately she’s been having pain and swelling directly around the tooth. Took her to another dentist only to find that they missed one of the canals, thus creating said issues. We’re currently at the new dentist for a second time as they gently and slowly try to complete the procedure. Unfortunately if they can’t get to the canal she’ll have to have her tooth removed. I highly discourage anyone to entrust them with your dental needs.
The visit my daughter and I had was the most horrible visit for her. We won't be going again!
