People were nice . I had lower teeth removed and the instant lower denture didn't fit correctly so I went back for adjustments and still not right . I wouldn't get replacement dentures there
New patient and first time at this place! Wait time to get to a room was very normal! Just wanted a cleaning and updated evaluation....well 3 hours later my teeth did not feel cleaned, my jaw hurt from X-rays and impressions being made, I had impression stuff on my face and on my clothes. And the most awful taste in my mouth that the "cleaning" did not alleviate. My first appointment was great. Everyone was so friendly and explained everything clearly. I came back for two extractions on 3/29/17. The dentist was arrogant and rude. His lack of compassion was blindsiding. I have never been treated like that from a "professional" in my life. It was obvious that I was just another dollar in his pocket.
Went in to have 4 extractions today with conscious sedation. It was a joke. They waited too long to do the procedure so by the time they came in I was fully awake. Dr was rude didn't explain what was happening. They sent me out the door bleeding everywhere. Handed a script to my friend who was driving me. Went to take script to cvs and they didn't even put any of their credentials on it. So now I sit here in pain and bleeding everywhere. I was clearly just a number to them. I won't be going back.
Aspen Dental is a good place to go and get things taken care of. I have had things taken care of in a timely manner and would continue to go there and would recommend them to people if they really needed a quick place to go and get certain things done.
Gross....bloody teeth on exam floor apparently from the day before ! Next room ? Not much better...white impression mud all over floor...counter...wall. Come on people get real nasty nasty nasty
The only positive thing about my experience was that it was free for exam, consult, and x-rays. I went in to have a cracked molar examined, with anticipation of scheduling removal of the molar. However, they didn't even address the molar until the last few minutes of the appointment, which they made seem as though it was a huge inconvenience. The wait time is what the killer is. If you have an apt at 9am it should take no hour and half to even leave the front office to finally go back
