The staff was efficient and appeared to be knowledgeable and 99% were friendly. The dentist and assistant made the experience pleasant for my mother's impressions. We both felt that one individual gave us the impression that we were interfering with her time.
I had a tooth ache over the weekend and called on Monday, they got me in on my lunch break the following day (i didn't want to miss work) The staff was very nice and friendly. Made me feel comfortable as i told them i was freakin a little. I think almost everybody is scared of the dentist. He made sure i understood what was going on with my tooth. My insurance was taken care of and they helped set me up with a orthodontist for root canal.
Able to get the infected tooth out the same day. There was some miscommunication, but they were able to help. Very willing to explain the procedure.
My first visit was awesome!!!!! No complaints they are vary friendly and made me feel at ease.
So far my experience has been amazing for my top plate..still have 2 appointments to go but theve been friendly and helpful all the way through.
Very friendly and considerate. Always helpful. Have been a patient for 2 years now and didn't expect them to be as good as they are because of the ads and chain type business but have been impressed with the staff and hygienists every time.
Love working for this firm and the belief they the company and people stand behind!!!
Great service and excellent prices! They don't pressure you to do unneeded dental work like a few other dentists in my experience have done.
