The Dentist and Staff/nice
I've had a terrible experience in the past with other dentists, but Dr. M, he's gentle, compassionate and always asks, "are you okay?" The staff there is amazing as well, friendly and caring, I go back for a few more procedures, and I can honestly say, I'm not as afraid as I was before. Thank you all at Aspen in Bolingbrook!!!
this is a horrible place to get dentures. if you go to have your new dentures put in, and they don't fit good. if they need an adjustment, they will do it only with an appointment only, three weeks out. if I was a new patient I could get in tomorrow though. this is a really second rate place for dental work. I would never get dental work there that is more complicated than cleaning.
Rude and unprofessional. They refuse to provide an accurate estimate for dental work according to the specific insurance plan. They cancel last minute and close the office unexpectedly. They charge a fortune and do not do simple cleanings. They also bad talk any previous dentist you may have been to. Take your business elsewhere.
Absolutely the worst experience! They make you feel like you're being interrogated and forced into doing procedures. When I was given the extortionately high estimate and told them I would have to think about it, they had the dental tech, finance advisor, and office manager all hovering over me saying that I need it done! I wish i could give this place zero!!!! My first visit was October 2020. I had a game plan to fix my root canals but had a death in my family and had to reschedule. When I came back May 10th I was told I would get a call from someone in scheduling to schedule an appointment. It's July 1st and no one has reached out. I've called the office numerous of times and keep getting the run around. I'm not understanding how the first time around everting was smooth but this time around no one wants to help me.
