This is more to do with customer reps than the dental staff. All the assistants and Dr Malachi was fantastic I was required to prepay for dentures to the tune of $4500 saying that was based off what my insurance would cover. My insurance ended up covering far more than expected. I was told I would be receiving a refund. It's of relevance to the story that my parents very graciously help me pay for this, so the refund would go to them. After that initial contact with Manager Dana, I have heard NOTHING. MOST ridiculous dentist office. They over book, reschedule you without telling you, kept running out on my husbands cleaning to fix someone else. He was there for five hours! For me it was much worst they forgot to give me the main forms or let me know we needed a driver to stay for teeth extraction. Pretty important don't you think! They just care about money and trade you back and forth to there other places and take no responsibility for their screw ups. STAY AWAY save yourself!!!!!

On 11/30, I set myself up as a new patient online and booked a check-up for Sat 12/13. I had received both a text and email asking to confirm my appointment for the 13th, which I did. Got a call on Tue (8th), saying they know I have an appointment for Sat, but had time today if I was available (which I wasn't) - fine so far. However today, Fri 12/11, a girl calls me from the office to confirm my appointment for Saturday - okay, annoying, but said yes. She asked what I was coming in for - really?!?! I read the terrible reviews how they are just so money hungry, blah, blah, blah. I went to them anyway and saw first hand what the reviews meant. They took one look inside my mouth and told me about all the work I'd need, I naïvely agreed and paid upfront for future work. A week later my Father unfortunately and unexpectedly died. Stay away from this place. They discuss personnel matters in front patients. I got to listen to the dentist and assistant talk about how they fired someone earlier. I did let the office manager knew about that ( Funny She no longer works here nor does the dentist). Also I was lied to about a partial cost. The same partial that they took 3 separate impressions to do and as of today it still doesnt fit in my mouth. I wish I had read these reviews first before going to Aspen. I had the same exact experience at their testimony say. The dentist there at site told me he was going to save my tooth that had a crack in it. The day that I went in and he says nope I can't say that I have to pull it. I had a ton of X-rays done and a visitation about my cracked tooth. He never even looked at my tooth, just told me he could save it. I come in for my appointment to have my tooth fixed and ended up having a horrific experience of 40 minutes of him ... read more

Stay far away from this place. The whole process was much like buying a used car. Their treatment plan includes a $150 toothbrush and they over exaggerate the work needed. Find a reputable dentist instead, I'm much happier with the treatment I'm receiving elsewhere. The dentist also prescribed a medication I'm allergic to.

Honestly if I could give them zero stars I would. Coming to this dentist office has been one of the worst decisions I have ever made. The staff might be nice, but everything else I have experienced has been negative. To make a long story short: they over book themselves so appointments take twice as long as they should, they nearly force expensive unnecessary equipment on you, they lie, and constantly reschedule set appointments and make treatment take longer.
