If anybody wants to get a class action suit against this place please message me. I have tried everything to get them to do the right thing and they still did not fix nor gave me a refund.

Accompanied my father for an appointment who lives 45 minutes away from their Bowling Green location only to be told that they had canceled his appointment because they didn’t get a confirmation. Our phone has been down due to the recent storm. Would not recommend.

I’m so damn mad right now. Went had a tooth pulled last Wednesday took 3 1/2 hours. Why it took so long I don’t know. Couldn’t talk. Had to numb me up 5 different times. Gave me meds with codeine which I’m allergic to. Been in excruciating pain since then. Had vomiting and diarrhea all day Saturday and of course I have to travel to Nashville to go to VA or I have to pay out of pocket. So couldn’t go there til 2 am on Sunday. If your willing to wait 2-3 hours after ur scheduled appointment and is willing to sit on a cold hard floor then I guess Aspen Dental in Bowling Green is the perfect place for you. Very unorganized, they book more people than they can handle and hardly have any parking and seating. We gave them a second chance too. Won’t be back.

They were very quick to set up emergency appointment for my husband. Saw him fairly quick. Need to pull tooth and he sat there for 3 1/2 hrs in pain before they did it. Bad service. We will not be back.

they did not give me antibiotics for my infected tooth. plus the girl that did xrays was very rude and mean. I will not be back there. I do not recommend them to anyone
