This was my first and only visit. I had a tooth emergency and needed to get in to have it looked at, they were the only place that had an opening in a Friday. This office was FILTHY! And in the middle of a worldwide pandemic, just unacceptable. I went to the bathroom and walked right back out of it, blood on the floor, blood on the sink, blood on the sink handles. service. they overcharge and try to sneak charges on your bill that they originally said you would not be charged for. if this is not resolved soon...ive been trying to reach them since Dec 14 .....oh! and the lady who answers the phone, her name i won't call at this time...but she needs to learn how to speak with customers

I don’t even know where to begin. It was just a horrible experience all in all. Most of the staff was great but the lady who pulled my tooth was just awful 😭 I was traumatized! I cried for hours not because of the pain but just because of the traumatizing experience. Definitely won’t be going back.

All the staff was friendly except the receptionist at the front desk. She argued w me that I didn’t have dental insurance. I gave her my card even the letter from the insurance. She refused to try to call and look into it. I then returned to my seat and called myself to confirm insurance. I got they insurance rep on the phone confirmed I did have insurance. It hasn’t been a easy rd for my dentures still going through it I’m not sure if I would go back or not but the staff has been very nice and sweet one dr was a little rough but the other was very gentle

Aspen Dental has absolutely screwed me. I was supposed to have a crown put in April 2. They have shut down their office until May 18. I am stuck without a front tooth for another month. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They do not care about their patients.

I had a broken tooth called for an appointment had to Waite 5 days charged 110 as soon as I walked in. took an x-ray that I didn't need. looked at tooth said yep it needs to come out. lets make another appointment an another $230 then maybe you wont be in pain anymore also the place was filthily dust on all equipment dried spit on light dirt on chair we said something to dr he said yea a lot of people say its dirty I don't know about you but I WILL NOT BE BACK an I don't recommend anyone go there
