Perhaps you could stop high pressuring people in to buying services they cannot afford. I was told a simple extraction was this price for a cash patient, then before the procedure could be done I had to pre-pay and the price doubled. Yes, it was a simple extraction. NEVER AGAIN.
I paid for an expensive service for my daughter which included a $135. toothbrush. I have an itemized bill which lists the toothbrush and says the service is paid in full. She did not receive the toothbrush. I have requested to speak to a manager 3 times and told a manager will call you. Still not happened. Horrible service. Very disappointed. Very unprofessional. Just lost 2 customers

Dentist was nice. Office management terrible! No one could give us a straight answer on why the cost of a procedure had changed after we had signed a paper beforehand agreeing to the cost and payment. Different ladies giving different explanations. Then whispering,..you were on valium before the procedure so you probably just don't remember! Very unprofessional. Will not be back.
Totally unprofessional, didn’t listen to me, and tried to push products I didn’t want. I couldn’t get my teeth cleaned until I talked to the office manager. I didn’t bother to wait around. It was a waste of time.
After my first visit about two years ago I vowed never to return. The dentist was atrocious. My mouth was sore for three days afterwards for just a filling. But I broke a tooth and had to go where my insurance covered. This time Dr. Graves was way better. Looking forward to going again.
I went there yesterday everyone I was good people that was very nice if I have to go back again I'll go back to them and if you need have to ask him a question they'll take you in your room and show you on the computer what you can do they will help you
