The staff and atmosphere is the best! We haven't had a procedure done yet but will be having it done next week! I'm happy with our switch to Aspen.
I had the best visit! I haven't been to the dentist for a few years because of lack of insurance, but I got some new insurance and went to Aspen. First thing I got to try one of their Oral-B genius smart toothbrushes. My teeth felt like a million dollars! And they hadn't even begun to clean them yet! 🤤 Overall an excellent visit everyone explained what they were doing before hand and made it very clear. Fast and friendly service, cost was less than expected
I was referred to Aspen in Flint to be seen by a specialist. When there I was I was also seen by Dr. Shaw. She was great! She took charge, made adjustments and I’m doing great. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Thank you all and especially Amy Caine Christenson and Crystal for getting involved and making arrangements

This was by far the best experience ever!! When First calling you are greeted by a lovely lady Rhonda. She took her time to explain to me and answer all my questions. She didn’t rush me off the phone as if I was a bother to her. Then once there all the staff was very friendly and did things in a very timely manner. They talked us through everything so you knew what they were doing and what it actually meant. They put it in people terms and not dental terms. When I first talked with Rhonda in the Brighton office I was impressed with her professional manner. Rhonda even gave me some advice on how to get my pain level down ( I was needing a root canal) and what she told me helped a lot. On the day of my appointment I only waited a few minutes before I was seen. The doctor who performed my root canal made sure I understood what he was going to do. He was very professional and concerned about my pain level before, during and after the procedure. I was very pleased.
