I was terrified to get a crown and other needed work done after years of not seeing a dentist, plus expensive work is very scary when you’re looking at your bank balance. I couldn’t feel happier, or more well cared for by every single person at Aspen - from front desk (not an easy job!), to financing, assistants and both dentists. These are professional caregivers that deserve accolades from all they serve. Hats off, and thank you so much. If I baked I’d bring you cookies.

Open til my last two visits I would have definitely given Aspen Dental a 5-star rating, however that situation has changed the last two times I've been in I have felt like a part of a cattle call everyone is rushed everyone is behind schedule the sound of a phone ringing annoys every employee there. The experience I have had so far has been awesome. The staff are very polite, accomodating and easy to talk to without feeling judged or criticized. The office manager Sarah did everything she could to make sure the pricing was as affordable as possible. They take their time with every process to ensure quality work and explain your plan and upcoming procedures so that we weren't left wondering what happened next and i am amazed at how soon i will have a whole new smile. Great experience! Thete was one small point of confusion. But they took care of it immediately. They definitely seem a lot more customer-focused than any other dentists that I have gone too.
They’re nice and clean, but a simple crown has become a huge mess. On 12/28 I was seen for a cracked tooth that was supposed to be a simple crown. The crack did not go to the nerve, but the temp crown had a terrible high bite that killed the root a week later. Because their only dentist who does root canals was out for the month, this lead to two appointments with a specialist out of their network, and an emergency visit for extreme pain. Waiting to be seen caused the inflammation in the root to spread to the periodontal lig... read more
