I could not be happier with the dental staff at the Canton Ohio Aspen clinic. My initial visit was at the New Philadelphia clinic and it was horrible. The staff was rude and the dentist and clinician were more interested in upselling me than providing the denture I needed. I left angry and convinced that Aspen was a hook. Everybody was nice and I didn't have any problems with the staff. I did have to wait for a bit through all the stages, but I expected that for how busy they were. Every step of the way, they apologized for the waiting time. I've always had a great experience at any Aspen Dental I've visited. They've got a great staff here.
