RecommendedI had the best experience I have ever had in my life! my hygienist Nicole May was the sweetest, nicest, knowledgeable, and most respectful one I have EVER in my life worked with! she made certain my impressions were perfect! I cannot praise this place enough, even with horrible credit I was able to pay for services with their financing! I was so happy I literally cried! Thank you so very much for helping me when I felt so hopeless...I look forward to continuing this journey to a beautiful smile! 😍

Went in for a cleaning and they tried to upsell me a $2000 plan. I did not take their plan so they would not clean my teeth. I am not into companies that try to upsell their services.

Okonoboh Sydney is a DMD At Aspen he supposed to take 4 my teeth but this men take 15 my teeths I don’t know why I went home with pain the. Cancels constantly either overbooked,the dentist isn’t there or working half a day. Not happy at all with this office after them trying to constantly upsell me from a toothbrush ,toothpaste and even a oral cancer screening.

I had an appointment last June, and when I left, they scheduled me for an appointment for January 2 at 8 AM. When I arrived on January 2 at 8 AM, I realized they were closed. I thought it was weird that I never got a call or email reminder. It’s strange that they never realized that they had booked me on a day they would be closed. I will not be returning.

Absolute waste of time. I was assured when booking on the phone that I was footnoted as an emergency with a need for X-ray and extraction. Then when I came in, I waited for nearly an hour before being seen. I would never have gone if I knew it was just a consult to make a list of future appointments to build a long term treatment plan—this situation was acute and requires urgency I did not receive.

So many things happened during our experience. But I’ll stick to the worst of it, my child was told “you shouldn’t be crying over an X-ray” and “do you want all your teeth to fall out, no? Then do this X-ray” “Stop crying other kids have done this and nobody has cried.” As she was forcing the mouth piece into his mouth and he was clearly uncomfortable trying to do his best and not cry.
