Scheduled a first time patient appointment today. 15 minutes later I received an automated text saying they needed to reschedule my appointment. Tried calling back throughout the day and left several messages but never heard anything back. When someone eventually did call back, they were unapologetic. Can't speak to their dental services but their customer service does not inspire much confidence....

Stay away from this man he pulled out one of my implants for no reason and broke a bone in my mouth I could not eat solid food foods for 6 month. I found Dr Munz he is the best he fixed everything for a very fair price. i am still getting a bill from dr Salem but I really think he owes me 5000.00 for what he did to me I left his office with blood pouring out of my mouth end up in the ER and was on antibiotics for two months. I'm not one to write reviews, but believe me when I say, steer so clear of Aspen Dental. They are total crooks. I only ever went there excuse they take Delta Dental and did not have an issue with my coverage after my first visit. Come to find, without asking or notifying me, they had an out of network doctor do my cleaning and I don't find this out until now that they have the bill settled with my insurance company. my boyfriend has been having pain from his wisdom teeth so we made an appointment over the phone and a confirmation email was sent. we took off work and drove over 50 minutes just for them to tell us the appointment was canceled. no call or email in advance. the receptionist said "i honestly don't know why it says your appointment was canceled." she didn't try to resolve the issue and when we tried to reschedule she said they don't have anything available until august, 2 months from now. unprofessional and inconsiderate of p... read more

I went for a cleaning - having never had a cavity in my life - and in a nearly two hour visit they x-rayed my teeth and suggested a follow up visit for a cleaning. The cleaning was the ONLY reason I was there. Basic check up at a dentist should include a cleaning as well as X-rays. In addition, they cut into my gums/roof of mouth with the x-ray brackets. I wish there was a no-star option because I received absolute nothing for my visit. It makes me wonder what billing scam this is.

My experience with aspen dental as a young adult was genuinely a terrible experience. They lied to me about costs, they left out details in contracts, they gave me things and didn't tell me they cost money. I got lied to about a loan and was paying back 2.8k for a 571 dollar treatment. Not only was the dentist who spoke to me rude to his female staff, he was very cold to me as well. I paid $4000 up front for a upper and lower plate. They tried to up charge me at first then had me come to 7 visits for the making of them and I never saw the DDS 1 time bc he was chasing the assistants in the office the whole time. Then I refused to take the plates and filed a dispute with ins and cc company and aspen lied and said it was a valid exchange even though they had the plate and I didn't even have it. This location is actively committing fraud. They told my wife my child needed an expensive treatment not covered by our dental insurance. They told her in order to get the service she had to prepay for the service which was scheduled for later in the week. The next day they called her and told her they had to cancel because they didn't have any providers available until late in October nearly 8 weeks later. She told them she wanted a refund.
