Made an appointment for my husband to have a tooth extracted. Go to his appointment and they tell him they don’t do extractions. But they wanted to clean his teeth and then proceed to charge him for a sonic tooth brush. Very disappointed

they tell you one price and then keep coming up with new charges had been taking up for them but today had to pay extra from what was owed. still don't have permanent dentures. They swear they going to fit right they sure better. wow what shafting on people

Would give a 0 if possible. We’ve had multiple issues and needed to contact the office. Recording says to leave a message but our calls have not once been returned (as in at least 4 calls per issue). We have resorted to going in to ask questions and resolve concerns, very inconvenient and just odd that they don’t answer the phone. My husband asked why they don’t answer the phone and return calls and got a blank stare. RecommendedI like all the staff at Aspen Dental they are very warm and caring. However, Thursday I had some work done, and I believe I have an abscess or infection. I have called the answering service 3 times. @7:19am, 3:53pm and 4:45pm. I am still waiting for a doctor to call me. The left side of my face is all swollen, (the right is back to normal) The left side is extremely uncomfortable (painful, and throbbing) All I want is an antibiotic to clear the infection. I am extremely disappointed!
