Dirty Office. Waited 45 minutes for the initial appointment and then did not even get my teeth cleaned. Total waste of time.
They got me in 4 days after I called Medicare not covered for tooth extraction cost 259 you would think to cut the tooth out would use a scalpel to cut gums no the drill cut gums and tooth wow what pain my gums are in

I have to say...I have never been there....but I tried to make an appointment today. I have a hole in my tooth and need to get it fixed....I can not just come in and have it all dealt with in one appointment...ok...annoying but I get it. But without seeing me, the person on the phone started talking me finding an oral surgeon and having the tooth pulled. I'm so fucking pissed!!!!!! I have pretty much wasted $500 PLUS fucking dollars with Aspen Dental!!!!!!!! The fact that they KNEW ahead of time the crowns I JUST got done will have to just be thrown away to be redone for a prep for a bridge instead of prepping them for a bridge in the first place!!!!! Need I remind you I LITERALLY JUST got a crown finished about 10 minutes again to be told WE HAVE TO TAKE THE CROWN OUT WE JUST PUT IN SO WE CAN USE THE 2 TEETH TO MAKE THE BRID... And the fact when the dental hygienist started... read more

I was there one hour today for something that only took 5 minutes to do. That was ridiculous. Too long to be there.
The staff is very friendly. However I am disappointed that my dentures are not fitting properly. I will have appointment number 4 for another fitting. It's getting very frustrating.
