I went in on the 21st to have three interproximal cavities filled. That whole appointment itself was rather frustrating considering I was in tears from the pain between the numbing shots (which I felt every bit of). I asked the doctor SEVERAL times to give me break or “a second” because I had a piece in my mouth to keep my mouth open far enough that was hurting me, and each time I asked I was told “I’m almost done”. I also had a bad experience with Aspen dental Western Hills. I had $2500 of work done just several months ago. 5 days ago I experience excruciating pain with 1 of the teeth they "fixed". I immediately called them to set up an appointment and was told I'd have to wait for over a week before they would get me in to fix the issue. Upon my arrival I was ordered to pay an additional $400 for another xray and extracting the tooth they "fixed" just a few months earlier. I am having a bad experience with Aspen Dental. And I am posting this so others don't go through what I am dealing with this weekend. I needed my dentures repaired so I took them in to the Aspen Dental in Western Hills. First off the staff was rude and condescending. That was alright I have learned to let people be where they are, and plus I don't know what's going on with them. So I walked through that, I needed my dentures repaired. I scheduled an appointment at 9am for a 4:30pm. Drove 22 miles to get there & filled out paperwork then someone told me they had to re-schedule because they were about to close & the 4:30 time is only for people with dentures? Should call your patients ahead of time instead of waiting till they get there. Will not recommend to anyone.

Going to the dentist is not my idea of a pleasant way to spend a day. My previous dentist experience was horrible and I went for a year with a very bad mouth. I chose Aspen by chance. My time there has been OK and if one has to have dental work done, it is better to have OK over horrible.

Well i think they are expensive if u got money then go their but if u do not have no money then theirs nothing that they can do for u

They aren’t really friendly. No one really knows how to communicate. A small “good morning” or “how are you” could go a long way! Additionally, appointments seem useless. You make one, they will call you back no earlier than 30 minutes past your appointment.

I like the staff ! but their customer service needs improving apparently they cancelled my appointment 2 days ago and didn't bother to call me � I could understand if something had come up today but this was ridiculous and unacceptable �
