I had a horrible experience at another dentist and at Aspen Dental the doctor was super gentle and extremely friendly. I had five teeth pulled and today is the third day and hardly feel a thing today! Great staff and doctors! Will recommend for sure!

This place is full of people but not useful. They always make you come twice so they can collect visits fee twice and also they want money up front for you next visit. This not the way do force people to pay fees in advance before they receive service in later.

make sure to always check your billing of what you payed them and compare it to what your insurance company paid on the claims. they made me pay upfront for a visit and said my insurance wouldn't cover the visit at at all charging me $88.40. well my insurance ended up paying all but $5.00 and when I called the office I had to leave a message and noone returned my call. so I had to the store and the office was right by it and I stopped in. the girl at the front desk kept refusing to issue a refund and said I could only have a... read more

At this point I wouldnt trust them to put air in my tires. From their lack of internal communications to screwing up my appointments to me asking for a requote (not a different quote) just a new quote in case the price had changed since I had received mine. Getting the new quote, paying it in full, rearranging a LOT to get the procedure done and then getting there and finding out they werent even doing what I had been told numerous times was to be done. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Arrived at 12:50 for my grandma's 1pm appointment. Door was locked for a "training session" but employees were at the back door smoking. Then when they unlocked the door and let us in it was a 20 minute wait while they were taking patients who walked in after us. I go to the desk and ask why are we still waiting so we were put in the consult room where we waited another 10 minutes. When you have a patient that has severe dental anxiety, and they have held it together in hope's of getting, at a minimum, a cleaning, the worst thing you can do is inform them that MORE procedures will be done, but they have to come back twice for cleaning. Then immediately inform them that you are going to pull a tooth ( my trigger), and you have to have multiple more appointments to procedures done. I had my dentures made and they lost the final set and am having to start all over again. I felt sorry for the dentist but wanted to choke whoever lost my dentures. This was right after I signed the finance paper for another 1,057.00 towards the total of 2,600.00. I'm totally disgusted to say the least. I have to pay a penalty if I'm late making a payment. I also have to pay the penalty for them losing my dentures....
