DO NOT GO HERE. THERE ARE PLENTY OF OFFICES IN CLERMONT WITH BETTER SERVICES THAN THEM I had the worst experience at this office. As a new patient a schedule my appointment for 12 noon. I made sure I filled all patient forms as their email instructed. The day of my appointment, the receptionist made me wait 30 minutes before even provided new patient forms. In the past have not waited more then 15 mi. Today had a 2 hour appointment scheduled for major work arrived earlier then apt time and waited 1 hour still not seen. All was given was I am sorry would you like to reschedule. I was already charged for the amount for the work that was suppose to be done. I think this office should schedule appointments according and not over schedule. I left very angry and wasted my day coming for nothing I walked out.
Absolutely awful experience... June 29th, 2017: go in for required consultation and get a laundry list of services they insist I need. They verify my insurance, I pay the two hundred something dollars they say is my portion and schedule an appointment for the following month. July 2017: I go in for my appointment and I’m told they have to complete the treatments before they can do the cleaning I went in for, so it would have to be done over 2 visits. Found out I would be without my partial for 3 weeks if it needed replacment made. Seems they send impression to another lab for metal work and they finish the work there for only the plastic finish. I want a dentist that makes teeth on that location so if anything goes wrong it can be fixed right away and not sent away.
My first appointment to have a crown put back on. They did so my scan and exrays I didn't ever think we would get to the chair. Did a thorough exam, the work they I need will be about $10,000 cheaper than what other dentists said I needed. And it only cost me what it took to put the crown on. $26.
This was my first appt with Clermont Aspen. It took 2 hours to complete only x-rays and a new patient consultation. Did not even get a hygienist cleaning that I have had at EVERY other new dentist I have ever been to. Lots and lots of waiting. Everyone was very nice, with one exception. The hygentist gave me the feeling of someone trying to scare me into getting all kinds of procedures done I'm not even sure I need (have seen same complaint on other posts). Have been going to a dentist for 45+ years so I know what to expect.... read more
Worst possible choice for dental care!! Save yourself $$ and aggravation avoid this location!
Do not go here they advertise pay only what you are quoted and nothing more.. I had a procedure done and was told i had to pay the balance in full before i could schedule an appointment, So i paid the $700+ and had the procedure done... well now they are coming back and trying to charge me another $530
