That a full exame is not a MUST to get a quote on one particular thing, plus have the person taking X-rays or impressions of your gum go a little easier she was to rough
My husband went there and we are fully insured but they didn’t mention that they are out of network and they also quoted him 8k for extractions !!!! He went for a second opinion and the same work and alternate options were offered for just $600 huge difference!!!!!
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, the doctor chipped my front tooth. Which can’t be replace now until my Invisalign is finish. They want to charge me to rescan my teeth for there mistake. On top of that I had three doctors for one treatment process because they can’t keep good staff. I’m so disappointed in this place. Customer service is also just ridiculous.

treat people like humans, dont tell us we need work done that is not correct just to get more money. dont be using us .
A complete waste of time and waste of my money. Made an appointment to get a tooth extracted, 2 weeks in advance, nice and early in the morning. Showed up to my appointment, only to be told that it was an eval. Presented two false choices, a full dental exam (already had one done 2 weeks ago) or just a sectional, which they concentrate on that one area. They refused to provide a basic cleaning. It's all about how much money they can suck out of you.
This Aspen Dental office has the worse customer service of all their branches. The doctors were great but the office manager has no idea what he's doing. My husband's bill was to be submitted to CareCredit as a promotional no interest for 12 months. They submitted it in error and refused to correct the mistake resulting in interest charges to us. This really amounts to false advertising. Stay away from this Aspen Dental office.
My son came to the Clermont office because he was in severe pain, the only thing they did was take X rays. They told me that they could not take my Care Credit card and therefore without money it could not be taken care of My family and friends will NEVER go to one of your offices AGAIN Very Poor Customer Service
