What a joke! That place is BS. I make an appointment for a cleaning and checkup and they did the checkup and said I need another appointment for the cleaning! F U Aspen dental thats what I made the appointment for in the first place! What a GARBAGE system they have. Go to a dentist that does it right the first time unlike Aspen dental. Waste of time. I went in for a broken tooth. They said that it could not be fixed, and it would have to be pulled. They also said that I needed two root canals and crowns. Everything costing $1,700, not counting the root canals. I told them to just pull the broken tooth, and made the appointment. They then canceled and rescheduled my appointment twice, due to lack of staff. I went to a different dentist, and he said that he could save the tooth, but I would need a root canal done on it. The hygienist was awesome!! I don't think Aspen Dental clause their clients time. I was asked to come in 1 hour early for my appointment. I left work early to make it for the earlier time and sat in their lobby for that hour before being taken to a room only to wait another 30 minutes.

December 2016: The office is clean and the staff is very friendly, overall the experience was good the first time around, but there was a very long wait, they told me to get there at 2, nobody saw me until around 2:30, and the hygienist told me she was giving me a name for a mouthwash and toothpaste for gengivites that I never got, so I called back to find out, they said they would call me back and it's been 2 days.... this little things bother me, I'd love to be treated with respect and at least get a call back. I had an 8:30 appointment, signed in and sat down. The man behind the desk never acknowledged that I was there. After a few minutes I asked if they were running behind, and he told me they will be right with you. I continued to wait and finally around 9:10 I was taken back by a nice young girl. Had a 4:00 appointment for a cleaning. They were running behind, but I got started by 4:15. Teeth were cleaned by 4:30. At 5:35 I was still sitting in a room waiting for the dentist to come check my teeth, talk, and put fluoride on teeth. I had to be at gym to teach by 6:00 so I got up and walked out. No one seemed to notice on my way out. I left my name with the front desk to tell him I had to leave and couldn't sit waiting any longer.
