Front desk was super lovely and they were able to get me in as a walk in. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism. The dentist also was great too me and explain to me what my options were. Great experience will be coming back again!
After getting some Dentistry work done I will most certainly say that Aspen Dental exceeded All my expectations. The staff was exceedingly friendly especially Sean and dr. David and dr. Lotfi not only handled my teeth with care but also we were also able to make sure that I'm able to get to go to Japan with my root canal taken care of! I hate having to go to the dentist. But I had a really bad toothache, so I went to Aspen dental in Clermont. I was kinda irritated that the guy at the front desk was on the phone with people and I felt ignored. Well after that guy got off the phone he apologized and gave me his undivided attention. So I feel dumb about him being on the phone. He was attending to her like he did me. They xray lady was so polite, she explained to me in detail what my visit was going to be like. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental in Clermont. The staff is awesome. Their administrative processes are very different from what I’m used too, but they are very willing to work with you.
