I elected not to have the cleaning they recommended and wanted to stick to what my insurance would pay, they would not do any cleaning then at all. My way or the highway. I am sending my insurance a complaint regarding what insurance covered and Aspen would not fulfil their contract with insurance.

Once again, I was quoted one price but, then came back the next week only to be charged more than expected. At least, unlike Garner's Ferry, the Two Notch clinic knows how to keep a schedule and they don't "forget" you have an appointment and then claim you never had one. I've now been to the Corporate Aspen Dental where it was founded and then two in Columbia, SC. Unimpressed. Not impressed on second visit for treatment. Waited more than 20 mins past my appointment and had to ask if they forgot about me. Finally called 30 mins or more after scheduled appointment. Staff didn't seem to care. Not sure if I will return. I dislike the direction health care has taken by treating patients like herds of cattle. "Get them in and get them out" and "Get their money regardless of the level of customer service provided.

The staff are very rude and could care less about you or what you are going through. The Dentist as well are rude and mean. If you are looking for a nice experience and kind people DON'T GO HERE. THE DENTIST IS RUDE AND MEAN AND MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE AN IDIOT!!!!. I had an infection in two teeth towards the back it took them 3 times to me on the right antibiotics. And then by that time the Infection had gone into the lymph nodes in my neck to the point that I could no longer move my neck the pain was outrageous. Yet I would not... read more

I had an appt on thursday july 14 2016 at 09:45! I got there at 09:30 in the morning and all doors were shut with many other clients car parked in front of the office! On the door it clearly stated that they open at 09:00 am on thursdays! However, there were no one in the office and doors were closed! Dear Aspen Dental, Your website may be pretty but, because the crown didn't fit ("new" dentist, too) I've been chewing on the right side of my mouth for a month. I've had to put the temporary crown back in twice (yes, it hurts to do that!). And now you call to tell me that UPS hasn't delivered the permanent crown in time for my appointment this morning.
