Provide better customer service, for example; the finance office constantly over bill your account/takes 6-weeks to correct, 45-minutes to an 1:10-minutes waiting time to be seen, STOP overbooking, failure to contact client when product items didn't arrange, and staff doesn't answer the phone.
RecommendedThey’re quick to see you, however it’s unfair that they can schedule you 3+ weeks in advance and call the day before and tell you the dr was sent elsewhere and your appointment was canceled. I understand things come up, I’m also glad I was contacted before I drove an hour out of my way to go there. Hopefully I won’t be penalized for the “canceled” appointments and they will be able to reschedule me soon.
Excessive bruising for simple procedure. Pain continues 4 years later.
I've been having problems with my dentures for 3 years and they were able to stop that in one visit
This place is awful...There was 1 Doctor on staff unacceptable. I would never recommend anyone to have service here. I think Aspen needs to rethink there company policy and staff. Your there to give a service not to run a dental service with NO service. So I say NO to Aspen Dental.
I had an appointment today at 2pm and when I arrived they told me that they closed at 1:30pm. The earliest I could be schedule is Jan.8th which is totally unacceptable and very unprofessional. The website is still saying they are open til 5:30pm today which is crazy considering I had to leave work early to make it to my appointment. I will never use this dentist and was only trying it because someone recommended them but they lost my friends that recommended them based on how they treated me. WANTED MY TEETH CLEANED AND THAT DID'NT HAPPEN I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THE DENTIST ALL MY LIFE AND HAVE GUM PROBLEMS THIS IS TRUE HOWEVER CLEANINGS HELP THAT WE COULD HAVE STARTED THERE BEFORE WE GOT THIS EXPENSIVE TREATMENT PLAN NOW THAT WE ARE RETIRED AND I HAVE A DISABLED WIFE TO TAKE CARE OF WE JUST MOVE HERE FROM WASH.STATE AND HAD MY TEETH CLEANED IN APRIL JUST NEED SOME HELP MAYBE MY INSURANCE IS NO GOOD AT YOUR OFFICE THANKS I NEED TO FIND SOME HELP IN SOUTH CAROLINA
