My mother asked me to write this review, she had a horrible experience with Aspen Dental in Cordova, they charged her over $1000 for a “deep” cleaning and went she went for a follow up they were asking for another $200 just to check her after the cleaning that she already paid over $1000 for, she went to another dental office where they showed her on the xrays the terrible job they’ve done, the office staff is extremely rude too, I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone

Cordova, TN location This was by far the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. I’ll give them credit for the ease of making an appointment (online option). That’s where the praise stops. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00am. I arrived at 8:45, and sat in the wait room until 9:25. I then spent 20 minutes doing X-rays, 10 minutes in the chair while the hygienist poked at my gums calling out numbers, then waited 10 minutes for the dentist to come in. The dentist reviews X-rays, then pokes at my gums to verify the numbers (1... read more

My visit to Aspen Dental was to take care of pain I have in a tooth. I took the earliest appointment 4 days later. My experience with the staff and Dr was great. They clearly explained what was going on with my teeth and that I needed antibiotics for an infection before they could do any work. They had me right down the address of the pharmacy to send the antibiotic to. I waited a couple hours and went to the pharmacy where I was told they didn't have a prescription. By this time the dentist was closed. The next day, still i... read more

I went there trying them out from a referral. I was there for hours before I even got xrays, they try to sell me services that I did not need, and told me that if I did not get them my teeth could not be saved, i got a second opinion, and the cost of my services are half of what I was quoted by Aspen and the quality of work and bedside manner was so much better,, PLEASE GET A SECOND OPINION!!!

The dental activity was good, but the waiting was exhaustive. One is already anxious having to visit a dentist. Having to wait for periods up to 15 minutes leaves room for improvement.

This was the worst dentist office I've ever been to. I would not recommend it to anyone. The first appt (which took 3 hours) went fine but EVERYTHING I was told at that time were lies. They could not get my husband scheduled for his dentures in a timely manner....they could not take care of everything needed within a week like we were told initially....heck they couldn't even return my call when they said they would. This was a complete waste of time.

It took MONTHS to straighten out the damage this practice caused. I went in for a scaling and crown the scaling was poorly done. My teeth felt rough and dirty after she finished. That's just the beginning of the nightmare. My crown ended up being a 3 month process. From overbooking patients that they ran back and forth treating to deadning my mouth about 5 times th pain and discomfort was horrific!! From cutting my tongue to losin my mold for my crown to breaking my crown to putting too much cement on the crown to ... read more

Horrible communication! Only seem to to care about how many clients instead of care for each client. Referred me to get a root canal but neglected to tell me they would have to see me afterwards to put a crown on that tooth! As someone who never had a root canal, I would have appreciated an explicit explanation as to their treatment plan for me! I had to learn from the Endodontist that I would have to go back to my dentist to get the root canal finished off with a crown...another 640 bucks after insurance!)
