the worst service i have ever received in my life i will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE! they are very unprofessional, rude, and like to steal money from people! go somewhere else because this place is the worst place to go to.
I had an appointment set for a cleaning on Friday, for which I had to miss work. I will admit that I was about ten minutes late; but, I called and the receptionist, Kara, said I could come in. I entered into the office and I see a client and the receptionist arguing. I had to wait about ten minutes for the client to resolve her issue before I could sign in. So I chose to go to Aspen because I was referred by a friend who goes to this location. I was expecting it to be an awesome experience to get my dental cleaning . Got there for 11:00AM appointment, I was the only one in waiting room at this time. More people came in after me. The receptionist was nice, but I could tell she was very busy. My first visit here and the girl at the front desk was not nice and didn't know how to do her job. Waited 45 min to go back only to watch people walk in after me go back before me. This office has no organization what so ever. Will not be going back.
