ridiculously long wait time. they just want to milk you for money, not help you find any comfort. wish I couldve listened to my gut and just cancelled my appointment instead of wasting 2 hours of my life.

Worst Dental Experience of my life. I was told by them I would not have to get my wisdom teeth out.. after a few months and a lot of pain I went back and they said they needed to get them out asap. I went for my surgery appointment at 3pm after fasting for 8 hours and calling off work for the next couple days and apparently the suction machine was not working so they could not perform the surgery that day. they said they have a payment plan but they dont work with you. they ran my Credit Score . 6000.00 was my bill.they dont try to help you at all.

The staff didn’t bother to show up until 7:20, the office manager was rude, half the staff were standing around talking versus helping patients, and then I get told I have 9 cavities and I need to fork over 2 grand, mind you I never got my cleaning done because I had to talk to the office manager and pay before they would do the cleaning! I decided to go to my usual dentist and have them do an examination and cleaning and they found NOTHING. You can Improve by getting more professional help and bad liars. I was mis informed and lied to on the first visit. This is a awful place to go when you're in pain or need any professional help. My problem started way before getting any services done.

What a poor excuse of a Dental office. my appointment was cancelled in September by Aspen and I was being treated for gum disease, They was supposedly going to call me back to reschedule, they never did. I called and left message after message never got a return call. Now it's January 2019 and Finally get someone on the phone and they scheduled me for today. but quess what? when I arrived for my appointment it's cancelled again! my boyfriend life has been hell and so has mine hes been trying for almost two years for them to get his dentures right.3 sets later were sitting at the Cordova office to try and get a set thats right.Because of him not being able to eat ive lost 40 lbs smh

two years and 3 different sets and I still ain't got a pair that fit right.. they have my life hell... owner told me I need to go to Cordova office because his best guy is here. well I'm here 9 o'clock appointment 9:45 and I'm still waiting.we will find out how good this guy is..

Horrible Experience! I had an appointment the front office clerk was really rude. After X-rays I waited to speak with someone to go over my treatment and insurance. I was told they were unable to speak with someone with BCBS. That was a week ago and still no one has called me back to complete the treatment or tell me about my insurance coverage. Oh the front desk person name is Meagan. Won’t be back to the Germantown Pkwy office. Currently seeking a professional dentist environment‼️
